After an early announcement (February) many of you have already registered for this event. If not, there are a few overnight spaces left. Please contact Br. Bruno (guest@msaviour.org) as soon as possible. There will also be a waiting list as well as a request for re-confirmation.
Oblates in the local area are encouraged to take advantage of proximity and not miss out on what should be a wonderful experience. Travelers from Texas to Maine envy your location!
The program will feature four major sessions with several suggested activities and time out for reading, praying in private, hiking or visiting. This is the one opportunity each year when a large group of us can get together to examine our lives in our Benedictine context.
The retreat this year is over two half days and two whole days. This includes 9 meals and 3 nights. Suggested donation for the overnights is $250. Suggested donation for local Oblates is $125. This will cover meals, (rooms), supplies and the continued work of the Monastery. These amounts are fair suggestions. Your generosity in supporting the work of the Monastery is always welcome.
(Bring a small instrument if you can, to share music. Pianos available.)
Looking forward to my time spent in reflection and conversation with my Sister’s and Brother oblates.
