Thursday, October 17th

1:00 – 5:00 pm. Arrivals and Check-in.

5:00 pm. Supper at St. Joseph’s. Introductions and Outline of the weekend.
6:30 pm. Vespers in Chapel
7:00pm. On your own. OR get-acquainted before Compline at St. Joseph’s.

Friday, October 18th

7:30 am. Breakfast at St. Joseph’s after Lauds.
9:00 am. Mass.
I0:30 am. First Session. Hal Robinson. Intro and rehearsal: Singing Together”. A rehearsal for an adaptation of Morning Song from his “Pilgrimage”. St. Joseph’s.
12:00 pm. Sext in Chapel and Dinner in Refectory.
1:00 pm. On your own. Reading, walking, hiking, visiting.
3:30 pm. Second Session. Br. Pierre. Historical and musical perspectives on the psalm and song life at Mt. Saviour. St. Joseph’s.
5:00 Supper at St. Joseph’s.
6:30 Vespers in Chapel.
7:00 Reflections on the day. Or on your own before Compline.  St. Joseph’s

Saturday, October 19th

7:30 am. Breakfast at St. Joseph’s after Lauds
9:00 am. Mass
10:00 am. Third Session. Hal Robinson. Hymns and Morning Song from his “Pilgrimage”. A group musical and prayer experience. Chapel.
12:00 pm. Sext in Chapel and dinner in Refectory.
1:00 pm. If you have brought a small instrument or whatever, join other Oblates in the Monastery music room for short presentations. Provide written music if needed. OR on your own.
3:00 pm. None in Chapel. New and renewed Oblations.
3: 30 pm. Fourth Session. Dr. Julia Upton, RSM. “Glorifying God By Our Lives.”
5:30 pm. Supper in Refectory. Gather in the Portery at 5:20 pm.
6:30 pm. Vespers in Chapel.
7:00 pm. On your own or join others for an ice cream social at St. Joseph’s before Compline.

Sunday, October 20th

7:30 am. Breakfast at St. Joseph’s after Lauds.
9:00 am. Mass
10:00 am. Visiting and on your own.
11:00 am. Wrap up and feedback. St. Joseph’s
12:00 pm. Sext in Chapel followed by dinner in Refectory.
1:00 pm. Group photo outside (unless…) and leave-taking.
